1. Payment Terms
• Payment is required at the time of purchase or as per the agreed-upon schedule.
• Accepted payment methods include credit card or debit card.
• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
2. Invoices and Receipts
• Customers will receive electronic invoices and receipts via email.
• Please ensure your contact information is up to date to avoid missed communications.
3. Late Payments
• Payments not received within 24 hours of scheduled appointment may incur late fees of $100. 
4. Repeated Cancellations or No-Show to Scheduled Appointments
• May result in cancellation or delay of services we provide.
